Introducing…Direct Ship

Direct Ship is exactly what the name implies: We ship graduation packages directly to each graduate’s home, so kids can still experience the excitement of their special day and share it with their parents, families, and teachers via social media, even if they’re not all together.

Two options are available:

Family Plan:

• You provide parents with the link to the graduation set product page at AlphabetU.com or the phone number for Alphabet U (1-877-800-4665).
• If you want to keep track of which families order, we will provide you with a tracking code for  parents to use when ordering.
• Parents place their order for graduation caps and gowns, accessories, diplomas, and more and pay online or over the phone.
• We ship orders directly to each graduate's home (standard shipping rates apply).

School Plan:

• You determine which products are to be included in your graduation package. You can select multiple products for the package, but every package must be the same, except for sizes and color.
• Fill out an Excel template (provided by AlphabetU) with size, variation, and shipping address for each graduate.
• Your order is processed as one order with one shipping charge per address ($10.99 per address)
• We ship orders directly to each graduate’s home.
